the group's internal market ANAVE-CI
• describe the practical arrangements for its functioning and operation
• put in place.
This market is based on:
a) our Central Sales and Purchase (CEVA) b) Internet c) telephone (fixed and mobile).
These are the main instruments by which we play our role as a platform for tangible services with high added value and settlement for traders and holders of bankable projects.
During the pilot phase, which is used to test the system developed, we use the electronic boxes and the numbers of fixed and mobile phone of our founding members and partners.
We have the honor to officially inform you that we are now able to satisfy, as regards trade in goods and services within our community of interest.
We proceed as follows:
1) We ask all those who feel concerned by these internal transactions, kindly communicate, preferably on our e-mail anavi_ci@yahoo.fr / info @ ceprov it. com:
- their best offers to sell products and services,
- Requests for purchasing goods and services,
by completing one or other of the two enclosed forms (Form A: offer for sale and Form B: bid), and the accompanying color photo of the item concerned, if any.
2) In the light of one or other of these documents, and after analysis, we will seek, for selected suppliers, pro forma invoices that we pass on to selected buyers.
3) Therefore, these buyers will have to implement the regulations required the bank account whose number we will contact them.
4) Then, after verifying the effective implementation of these regulations, we will issue purchase orders that we send to successful suppliers.
5) Finally, the entire process will be triggered until the final payment of the price of goods ordered and their delivery to customers.
